Our journey begins in the year 2014 by taking up a social development project from an international donor agency focusing thematic areas such as emotional health management of young girls and boys within and outside academic institutions. The project was requiring working with the young population as target audience at one end and on the other side it was requiring policy advocacy interventions with the pertinent government department and agencies. As an outcome of the three years project, it was found that the areas covering mental and emotional health are neglected at all levels. What to talk about the availability of the services, even the primary awareness around the topics and areas was also missing.
The founding members of Mindmatters, since that time, were striving hard to gather expert opinions and professionals to take a start for addressing the vulnerability in the most needed areas of mind and mental wellbeing. Now, we are very happy to share that our experienced core professionals and pool of consultants are equipped to provide the solutions.
